"This is a sorry excuse of a pharmacy. I have had countless problems with them over the last 2 years. The last 2 days are my final straw. Yesterday, my wife's doctor called in a prescription for her.(She had the flu). Instead of telling the doctors office or letting anyone know that it is out of stock. 3-4 hours later, I went to pickup, and the most important medicine was not ready. I had to find another pharmacy to fill it, and it took over 3 hours to transfer that prescription. Today, I had to drop off some perceptions for myself and my daughter (I now have the fl, too). I dropped off in the drive-through. I was asked about one of the prescriptions and told my insurance doesn't cover it. I asked how much $35 is what I was told. I had to ask the question about one of the other perceptions and was told o i dont think we have this one. The problem here i had to ask!!! 2 hours later, I got a text that one was ready 4 hours later. The other one still was not ready. I drove up to the drive up to the window and was told, "Your insurance does not cover the other one," when I asked about it. This is a sorry excuse of a pharmacy and I will need to be desperate to use them again."
