Walmart Pharmacy

"PLEASE BE ADVISE THIS COMPLAINT WAS FILED WITH WALMART CORPORATE OFFICE ON 8/23/23 AND I POSTED MY EXPERIENCE TO THE WRONG WALMART PHARMACY. IN ALL FAIRNESS, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM RANI (PHARMACIST MANAGER) WITH AN APOLOGY AFTER SHE RECEIVED THE COMPLAINT FROM WALMART CORPORATE OFFICE. MICHAEL (PHARMACIST CUSTOMER SERVICE) WAS AWARE OF THE ISSUE WITH BONNIE'S NASTY ATTITUDE AND HE APOLOGIZED TO NO END FOR MY EXPERIENCE. I REALLY APPRECIATE MICHAEL'S APOLOGY WHICH IS WHAT HURRICANE BONNIE SHOULD'VE DONE BUT I DIGRESS. HAVING SAID THAT, I CALLED WALMART'S CORPORATE OFFICE BACK TO GIVE MICHAEL RECOGNITION FOR HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WAS DISPLAYED THE NIGHT BEFORE. BONNIE ( TECH) REALLY NEED AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT DUE TO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL AND SHE NEVER APOLOGIZE AFTER TELLING HER THAT MY PRESCRIPTION WAS SHORT 5 PILLS. I WAS PUT ON HOLD THEN TOLD YEAH MY INVENTORY IS OVER 5 PILLS SO YOU ARE CORRECT (AS IF I WAS LYING). WOW, I SAID I KNOW I AM CORRECT AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE 3RD TIME WHICH IS JUST COMMON COURTESY AND I HAVE TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE. NASTY BONNIE (TECH) NEVER APOLOGIZE AT ALL. NASTY BONNIE SAID WELL MA'AM HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE THEM AND I SAID THERE IS NO NEED TO RAISE YOUR VOICE OR GET CUTE WHEN YOU MADE THE MISTAKE. AT THAT POINT, I ASKED ABOUT WALMART PHARMACIST CORPORATE OFFICE AND NASTY BONNIE ASK ME IF THAT WAS A RHETORICAL QUESTION? BONNIE, PLS GO STOCK AND NEVER FACE OR TALK TO A CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!!"

"Met a young lady named Elizabeth who handled my prescriptions today. She did an outstanding job!!! Very knowledgable and patient as she explained the prices to me. She deserves a raise. You need to keep people like this because elsewhere in the store I got no help finding things. One lady at the self-pay cashier told me to "go look"."

"I came in for a new tire last Friday. My rear right on my SUV was literally coming apart and I had a funeral to attend up North that I had to be at. I was quoted and given the wrong price/tire size. After having waited 30 minutes, I find this out. It was a tad frustrating as my Husband had sent me with just enough to cover the charges of what we were told as he had to go into work and so I would have to wait until he got off work to get money out of his account to cover the new amount. I had no issues with waiting until later in the day when my Husband was off from work. Yes, it would have cut things close in regards to making it up North in time for the funeral services but not impossible. Just as I started to leave the store with my daughter, an elderly man came up to me. He asked me how much I had on me and I told him I was almost $14 shy and would come back in a few hours. To my amazement he offered to pay the $14 towards my tire on the new amount priced so I could get on the road for the funeral and not have to wait so late in the day to hit the interstate. I'm not writing this review to brag about the tire. I'm writing this review to brag on Mr. JB. Had it not been for him, I would have been on the interstate late that night driving with my 8 month old daughter and truth be told, I can't see well at night to drive. He didn't know that though but still. Had it not been for him, I would have had to come back and wait God knows how long to get the work done because they were really busy that day even when I arrived 20 minutes after opening. So, to all the managers here, JB is so kind and thoughtful. He did not have to help me and he opted to do so anyways. He even made sure I had the correct tire size this time and that I didn't have to wait all day. I've seen him a time or two since last Friday and always he is polite. Just wanted to brag on one of your employees and I hope you share this review with him!"

"The manager of this store is so awesome . I lost my phone and wallet and he helped me every step of the way. Gave my kid a free toy and looked for my phone for almost 2 hours until it was found. Didn’t catch his name, but thank you!!!! Employees were also helpful, calling my phone, and looking. Thank you all!!!!"

"Now I know why Walmart Pharmacy has only a 3.7 star rating. Actually, I’m surprised it’s that high! They were unable to even conduct a simple prescription transfer from Walgreens, and process it through insurance properly. After waiting in line two hours after I was told it would be ready, they asked me to go to the back of the line again, behind five cars, while they figured it out. Apparently making a phone call to the insurance company two hours prior was too much to ask. Oh, I should add it was their suggestion to have them transfer the prescription over...I guess they hadn’t reached their quota for people to aggravate that day..."
