"I purchase cakes from here periodically for birthday celebrations at work. The cakes are always good. The desserts are good. The staff is always friendly. Recently there was a slight detail missing from one of the cakes I purchased but the baker made it right once I brought the cake back in. Great service!"

"I didn’t like the attitude that I received because I didn’t like the way my cupcakes looked and like I wanted another one. The lady was quite rude with an attitude like I was bothering her. I believe she was the baker. I go there every other week and I know that the cupcakes looked different. I had asked for 3 cupcakes at the window but was told that they only had two left. Less than ten minutes later they had more, because when I returned, they had more. As much as I love. Their cupcakes, I want be returning. It just wasn’t right!!!"

"Went yesterday to treat myself after a long week. First time visiting. Ordered an assortment of cookies and two cupcakes. The cookies were delicious. Reminded me of the cookies my grandmother would bake. Not overdone, but not underbaked. A nice, soft texture. My husband's birthday is coming up and I was curious about their cakes, so I ordered a red velvet and hummingbird cupcake. The cupcakes were soft, but pack a punch when it comes to flavor. The frosting on the hummingbird cupcake wasn't too sweet. Definitely smooth. Perfect. The frosting on the red velvet had a strange taste. I was expecting either a cream cheese or buttercream flavor, but got neither. I'm still trying to figure out what it was. Otherwise, everything was delicious. I would definitely like to visit again to try a few other options. The young lady that was working with me was very helpful and sweet."

"I've been a customer for yrs. Since the John Knox Rd location and I've been ordering cakes for over 10 yrs. It's always fresh sometimes too fresh, lol. Ladies are always very nice and I go weekly actually. I've always been greeted very politely and with wonderful customer service. They even will make cupcakes for me if they are out in the display case. I've never had any worries about quality or taste. And my pooch loves you're doggie cookies!!"

"My mama got 50 Pumpkin Sugar Cookies from here for my baby shower. First of all they were Huge! The cookies were delicious, perfectly cooked. They weren't hard but also not too soft that they crumbled making a mess everywhere but just perfect. They were very cutely made and had very good consistency throughout all of them. They are on the pricey side (i also don't know how much grade a cookies like these go for) but very much worth it. The employees where very nice & respectable when we ordered the cookies and also when I picked them up. 15/10 Would recommended and come again"
