"BEWARE !!! DON’T ORDER from this flower shop. I made the mistake of ordering off line from them. She called me back and told me that my credit card declined the purchase and she couldn’t do it for the price quoted online the price of 68.37 and I need to call my bank to authorize 98.00. I talked to my bank and the charge did go threw for the original 68.37 and she wouldn’t ship them without the extra 98.00 so they were never shipped and she wouldn’t do a refund for the 68.37. So now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. Sleazy business practices I’d say. She had the galls because I wouldn’t authorize the 98.00 to tell me to never do business with her again ,like I would. I feel like I was scammed"

"No communication, no tracking. The person in charge doesn’t know that their site takes Apple Pay. Called me stated i needed to pay for the order. Had to call to follow up to make sure i was getting the order due to payment later this week. Wasn’t told they have no delivery service and that they deliver after business hrs. Ordered a $19.99 medium box of chocolates and received a $2.99 publix bag of bridge mix that looks like has been sitting in someone’s cabinet for 2yrs. Delivery finally came and someone else’s name and address was on it and i questioned. Was told no, it must’ve got on there from another delivery. Makings someone’s birthday special when they had a difficult yr is important! PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS FOR THE SERVICES YOU WERE PAID FOR!"

"Horrible service!!! I received a totally different order than what I actually ordered. Then I was given every excuse for the order. Then I paid with Apple Pay and was told that they don’t accept Apple Pay. I gave a credit card number over the phone, just to find out I was charged twice. Never again!!!"
