"Just one cashier, I make a line for 9 minutes , I paid at 8:18 PM and i get my 4 plain balloons at 9:11 pm. The water fountain was dirty and smelly, the bathroom is a shame, not suitable for children because it is disgusting, no toilet paper, no hand soap and dirt marks on the floor and walls. This place is Not for our Kids."
