She helped to keep my toddler calm when she started getting upset that she had to be still and close to us instead of running around. "As far as ATT stores go, this one is pretty top-notch. Service is fast and efficient, and it never seems understaffed. One of their younger salesmen is a little pushy, though, trying to act like he understood my job to try and sell me a smart watch, even after saying no... But they get you in and out pretty quick, which is important to me."
"I came in to buy a new phone since it was time for an upgrade. We called ahead to see if the phone I wanted was in stock since other stores we checked did not have it. Michael answered and checked for us and then told us to ask for him when we came in. The store was very clean and organized. We had no wait and Michael took care of us. He was very kind and answered all our questions, which made our visit a 5/5 star experience!"

The issues we encountered the past 2 days were very tedious but Adriana was veryyyy patient and worked very hard to get everything situated. Taylor joined in to help and we were able to get everything I needed taken care of.
