"The only thing pleasant about this branch are the employees. That's the only reason I gave it one star. The wait time however is just unnecessary. Like another customer wrote, there is always only ONE teller on duty while the line is +10 people. According to the manager, corporate controls the number of employees on staff. Well listen up bank of America...this branch needs more employees if you want to keep your customers!! Lucky for me, I don't bank here. I only visit once a month to pay rent. And if I had to choose another bank I would definitely NOT choose this branch. I'm in line as I type and have been for at least 15 minutes and still have 8 people ahead of me. This is insane and poor customer service."
