"They were not really working, multiple people there but just one rep attending customers and no one greets you or anything. Waited for 20 min and didn't have anyone come to ask for the reason of visit. Went to a different location and in less than 5 min I was seated with a rep."
"Every other bank brand is open at 9am….not Bank of America, for some reason they think opening at 10 makes sense. The other 6 people I saw walk to a locked door probably think they made the wrong banking choice just like I did."
"While conveniently located in the heart of College Park, this is one of the smaller locations for Bank of America with limited parking. Employees are courteous & professional. TIP: The teller line can sometimes be long & slow, so arrive early & avoid the busy lunch-time & Friday afternoon hours. Also, if you need to see someone, reserve an appointment online before arriving. Their mobile bank app is also easy to use for simple online deposits and transfers (saves me lots of trips to the bank). Other than that, I like the "small town" feel of this tiny branch location."
