"Today was routine visit inside the branch to deposit a check into our business account. The teller was very nice and helpful. The amount was over her limit, so she had to get approval from her manager. While waiting for approval, the system went down. Once bank up, the manager decided she didn’t want to take a chance on depositing our check. She stated the words were too close. She did not apologize for my inconvenience and was slightly rude. I’m big on customer service and today’s experience fell short."

"This location is the closest to my home, and I gave them their final chance today. They have proven numerous times to be unwilling to help me or my husband. I had to withdraw a medium/large amount of cash today and they refused, but traveling another 15 miles, the other BOA branch was able to immediately assist. Don't come here unless you want to be disappointed."

"What has happened to the friendly Bank Of America‘s?! Very impersonal today. While the teller was polite she basically said sorry can’t do anything. I was recently married & someone wrote a check with my new name on it. I have banked with them for over 15 years. But they were unable to help me or accommodate me today with the change in order to cash the check. I was told there was nothing they could do and I needed to make an appointment. I’m here shouldn’t they be making an effort to service the clients that are actually there in your branch?! I get that finding good help right now it’s tough but it’s not like the waiting room or the line was full & the one other person sitting there was being helped. The person I’m meeting with on Friday couldn’t even be bothered to look at me or introduced herself, or say hey I’m so sorry we can’t get you in today. Worst experience. We’ll see how my appointment goes but I may be looking for a new bank after this."
