"Just went here looking very specifically for 14k gold or above basic simple classic women’s earrings. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and asked the sales associate if it was okay, as I knew it was close to close - he assured me it was. I started looking at earrings and the manager came out from the back. It was clear he gave the sales associate a look bc the associate said to him “it’s fine, she knows what she’s looking for, she said she’ll be quick.” I immediately asked for my ID back and left. I work in sales - I don’t care if it’s close to closing time, if a customer is about to drop $400+ on 10 minutes of work on the store’s part, you make it happen. I hate being made to feel like my time and money isn’t appreciated. I try to shop local and buy used bc it’s better for the community at large, but this place likes to make that difficult. Oh and the manager chased me out into the parking lot trying to argue when I left and pointed all this out. Wholly unprofessional, would not go back if you paid me."

"The manager is rude and ghetto and needs to learn how to speak to customers. I wouldn’t buy or sell anything to this place with a man that speaks that way to humans. He needs some prayer love Jesus or something because he knows zero about how to represent an establishment. Never have I walked into a place and been argued with about what I was told over the phone or spoke to in such demeaning manor by a so called manager."

"was excited to purchase an iPad today, and instead was sold an iPad that had an MDM on it. Basically, iPad was owned by McDonald’s and had restricted usage, didn’t even have an App Store on it and still has the original McDonald’s applications installed and there was no way to remove them. Went back in, and instead was offered an iPad that was like three generations older than the one I was purchasing. Wasn’t even offered an apology, service was lack luster and the lady was lowkey rude. First time buying from here, it’ll be the last. Thanks for a waste of time and money."
