"Worst management ever. Cashing a check from a corporation that banks at this specific wells fargo and was told no by the branch manager in a very rude way. Had to call their "back office" to confirm the maker of the check. Their "back office" never called the company to verify the check even though they said it did. The "back office" advised it was up to the branch if they wanted to cash it or not. They refused. Once the owner of the corporation and maker of the check walked into the branch it was finally okay to cash!!!! VERY FUSTRATING and waited over an hour to get this resolved. If I could give no stars I would! Never had a good experience from this branch. Why dont you open up back the hunt club branch and close this one?"
"This has always been THE worst Wellsfargo branch in our area and by reading the other reviews, looks like it's a concensus. Unfortunate that it's this way. My personal experience has been that the staff are extremely slow, at best, very rude, and unprofessional. Not all, but most are like the aforementioned. Especially the tellers in the drive through. Not sure why this specific location is like this. Most other locations the staff are efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. NOT HERE. Go elsewhere."
