"My daughter send me an arrangement for my bday and I had planned something for that day. My husband went to the store pospone the delivery but… they try to deliver anyways. Next day I got the the undelivered note and called. Customer service assured that the order will be ready by the next day after noon. Today when we picked the order. The fruits were in perfect condition ( same fruits from 3 days before) and the flowers where dead. It seems like they never put them in water. Bc they were dry( see pictures) very disappointed. Thos is the second time I have issues … after this, good bye Edible Arrangements!"
"The Mother’s Day platter was a success, thank you so much. Order curbside for my sister to pick up (recipient of the gift) but she wasn’t able to find parking for curbside. Went inside to pick up, took about 15 mins, the workers were busy. They did forget the card. Overall, will order from here for any future gifts.y niece and nephew loved the arrangements. Thanks for the fresh fruit"
"I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone! I order this last month jun 16th for the fathers at my job. Of course it said my name but i put it in the notes the names of the guys who work there. Anyways i just received it today and the fruits look old and brown! Doesnt look fresh at all. Horrible."
