"Do NOT order on valentines day!! They overbook and do not deliver!!! IT IS INCREDIBLE on such a special day we get such an unprofessional service…. If you don't have the staff to fulfill the orders then stop accepting them. They tell you we didn't verify your order?! Then what is confirmation email I receive!! It's truly unacceptable! And you call the next day and nobody will respond. From someone who orders more than 20 arrangements a year from different vendors, this has been the worse experience ever."
"Their flowers are beautiful but for the 2nd year , they fail to deliver my valentines day order… not 1 order but all four arrangements i sent. They are fine to use during the year but they always have an issue on valentines . Sadly I gave them a second chance but will not be using them again."
