"Terrible. I've had accounts here for over 20 years and they are more of an inconvenience now than a service. They were good in the 90's but don't seem to keep up with the times. No money transfer apps, you need written permission for wire transfers, limited ATMs..... The only reason we stayed this long was because of all of the linked bill pays and the teller relationships. We opened our accounts at Suncoast since and couldn't be happier."
"I got $80 cash from their ATM. I'm out of town helping an ill family member. I came inside to see if the $80 can be exchanged for smaller denominations. They couldn't do it without opening an account. Its 2023 and you walk into a bank, after paying $4 to use their ATM, and they can't exchange to a different denomination? What a joke. Cost to open an account? $50"
"Pulled up to drive thru asked the teller if she could cash a 100 bill for me. In return she says do you have a account with us cause if not we can't cash that. Wth? So I have to drive all the way to my bank just to cash a 100 bill. I bank with TD and thank goodness they aren't worried about someone having a account with them. The Brannan bank in crystal river even cashes 100's without a account at their bank."
