"I'm not sure what is going on with Insurance Den in Homosassa. Just started getting emails from King Insurance in Gainesville saying they now have my policies. Called the Insurance Den phone number listed online and was greeted by a person that was rather challenged by the English language. They could tell me nothing as far as how they had became aware of my personal data relating to my insurance policies. They had no problem continually asking for my personal information during my call. I bid them goodbye and hung up.. I will do a drive by to see if Insurance Den is still operating out of their old location on 19 south of town. I too had very poor experiences with Insurance Den's over reacting to Covid issues on my last visit to their office better than a year ago. I had to slip my documents under their door and wait in my car to conduct business. It may have been the end of their business. If they've sold their customers policies to another broker it'd have sure been nice to have been notified of such."

"In both 2021 and 2022 I reached out to Insurance Den to get competitive quotes for home/auto/umbrella policies. Both times I spoke with "Elizabeth". And yet both times I gave up after 5 weeks. FIVE WEEKS. It was "Oh no - it's Covid!" or "Well - the agency is being sold" or "We're understaffed". Excuse after excuse. This time I went to the 1-man agency RIGHT NEXT DOOR and got back competitive quotes within 48 hours. Save your time and your breath and just go to see Steve Centola next door and he'll get it done for you. Not Insurance Den and NOT Elizabeth."

"Still cannot enter office to pay insurance account . You have to stand out front in the sun then someone from the office will come out and take your check or debit card and go back into office and process your payment ."

"Nothing but trouble after giving your money to them. They tell me in the mail to send them proof that I live here after being with them for over 2 years. One item was the last policy they sent me. I said you must have it, you mailed this letter to me with the policy number and address on it. I told them I don't own a PC. She said to fax the info. Clear as day, I am poor. How would I own a fax machine. Going elsewhere for my insurance"

"Renewed my policy today over the phone. Asked about mailing me my card. Lady said I'm paperless. I said I had card mailed to me last period. She said she won't help me. How can I get card mailed last month, and then can't get card this month? She was more than happy to get my money. I will not be back. I don't have pc. No printer. Just my cheap phone. This is how they treat Army Veteran."
