"I purchased a motherboard for $271.00 for my Maytag fridge and the part was a defective part due to what an appliance repair man told me who tried to repair my refrigerator. So I returned it to jempro and they ordered a second motherboard. I picked up the part and the refrigerator repair man returned to repair the fridge only to tell me the part isn’t the correct model. He ordered the correct part for my refrigerator and returned to repair the fridge. I watched him replace the part and program it and the fridge works as if it was brand new. I contacted the owner of Jempro to tell him about my delima and he refused to help me. I asked him for a refund and he would not assist me. He yelled and screamed and the top of his lungs stating he would not be able to assist me. So that’s $271.00 down the drain. I guess Jempro Miami is in the business of ripping customers off. Thanks for the horrible service jempro. I wish I could sue you for my money but karma is something else."
