"Mr. Dan Quin was rude, cursing at the owner on the phone loud enough for me to hear across the room, and yelling at me on the phone. No one deserves to be treated like that. His order was never in the system. We apologized. Once a valid phone #, or name is typed in and the enter button is pressed , a ticket # is automatically generated and even if the order is never completed or the computer gets turned off, the ticket # still exists. there was no ticket #, therefore, no order was started. I know ever order I input into the computer was there. maybe it was someone else. again, apologies. My own mother, in another state, was supposed to get flowers on Friday before Mother's Day, and she did not get them until Monday after. Neither my mother nor I were upset as it was not the end of the world. If she had never gotten the flowers, i would have ensured they followed through with the delivery, or, gotten my refund, and done something else for my mother. I know things happen whether by accident or not, incompetence or not, for whatever reason, but to yell and curse at a stranger in a degrading manner will never fix anything. Do you speak to your family members this way? how about military veterans? First responders? Front line responders?"

"I ordered a deluxe arrangement of pink roses for my wife on our wedding anniversary. I spent $200 on the arrangement. The flowers looked OK the first day but never opened up and became brown in 3 days. Obviously they used old flowers and charged a premium for that. I was very disappointed and wrote them an email complaining and asking for them to do something about it--Never heard back from them. I will never order flowers from then again and will tell everyone I know how bad they are. What a rip off."

"Very disappointing. I ordered flowers for a friend. They did not get delivered until late in the afternoon, the flowers were left outside in the hot sun. My friend was home and said she never heard a knock or doorbell ring. No message was left for her. I had to ruin the surprise and tell her to go the front door to find the flowers. They had my phone number incorrect on the order. I called several times to find out the status on the order, each time they left me holding while I was a work. They left me waiting on the line and never picked up the phone after an initial conversation. I heard them yelling in the background at the driver about why he did not call the receiver of the flowers. The roses were already opened for few days and looked like they would only last one more day. The overall presentation did not look like what was posted on the website. I ordered the deluxe bunch and old roses were used in it. The manager or owner never reached out to call me back the day they left me hanging on the line, nor have they apologized after I let the driver know I was upset. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone else I know the same. Poor service and do not care about the clients."

"I was very pleased with the quality and great customer service. I ordered a floral arrangement for get-well wishes for a co-worker and was super pleased with the overall experience. The recipient called and told me how beautiful they were when they arrived and then again a week later to tell me they still looked great! I highly recommend this business."
