"YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. WHAT YOU SEE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET AND THE CHERRY ON TOP IS THE EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was worried that the flowers might not look as gorgeous as they do upon arrival. You know everyone uses photoshop these days to enhance the look of their product and when the item arrives it’s not the same. But to my pleasant surprise, it was exactly if not better than what I paid for. Not to mention that I actually got a LIVE person to answer my call. I was kept in constant communication via text so that I always knew the status of my order. They even sent me a picture of my recipient with the flowers. I’d share but for security reasons I can’t. I’ll try to crop her out so you see the flowers. AND, as if that wasn’t enough, I requested delivery to an address way out of their area and they accommodated. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I just ordered another arrangement and they accommodated me for an item that wasn’t in stock. I mean, C’mon!! I’ve worked for Nordstrom for 16 years. I know good Customer Service. We invented it. So I’m very picky with the service I get because I know what should be expected. This florist gets my Nordstrom customer service stamp of approval ! I’m not using any other florist."
