"arrive there 20 minutes before closing and owner came into the fridge to tell me to get out! He usually has a bad attitude, but this was the last straw. hydrangeas were not fresh and sometimes the roses are rotten, but they are one of the only floral shops that closes late. No longer shopping there."

"DO NOT GO HERE: I WAS CHASED OUT LIKE A DOG BY THE GUY THAT WORKED THERE. HE TOOK THE LORDS NAME IN VAIN AND THEN CHASED ME OUT LIKE A DOG. ' JESUS, GET OUT OF HERE' THE GUY SAID. I came in and asked if he had Burgundy Flowers. He did greet while looking at his phone, and told me to check the fridge. Thats all he said. I verified what he meant by fridge and he didn't answer, so i noticed two walk in fridges. He didn't tell me how the ordering or flower pick up process worked. So I assumed that I can pick out the flowers I wanted, because I didn't need whole bunches of flowers, like I do in every florist shop. That's the point if going to a florist. Otherwise I could just buy flowers bunches from publix. I picked, and I took the flowers to the counter, and the guy screams at me, and chases me out of the shop. I am a black woman, small, and I didn't want to argue with a big guy like that. I felt threatened and it hostile. I will NEVER, set my foot there. I had to stop myself from crying, because that place doesn't deserve anything from me other than a horrible review. I should have read reviews but that was my mistake expecting better service and quality in Palm Beach of all places. I am very patient, and very rarely complain, even about bad service, but this was by far the worst service in person I have ever had in my 36 years of life. I would never advise for a person to get fired, but the guy working at this florist at 6 pm on Jan 13th 2023, should not have a job working with people and will be the downfall of this florist shop if he is allowed to work there."
