"This place is horrible. They don't have enough bank relationships or clout with those relationships. Met these guys at the boat show, they talk a good sales pitch. I told them I had strong balance sheet but mediocre credit they said they could get it done. Jumped through all the lending process hoops and they couldn't do it."

"Total BS. I applied for a 20k loan to help buy a sailboat. They ran my credit (which is fantastic at 825), and then called me and asked the question of "I see you do not have any living expenses"...I said hardly nope...just sold my ISLAND PACKET and am applying to buy a bigger boat! He then asked do I live aboard? I said yes...he said sorry we cannot do liveaboard loans...you are declined. This should have been asked before dinging my credit report...and then slapping a DECLINE. I have 55k cash...asking to borrow 20k. So dissapointing...and what is worse I got this business referred to me from a LIVEABAORD broker."
