"DO NOT GOTO Yesenia Morales. Went in to open a checking account and she started plucking my ID as if I was a criminal. Then took my ID somewhere in the back. She returned feeling silly & During process she said something bout fraud prevention and then proceeded to lie and say it was a hard inquiry to open a checking when I called prior to arrival and was assured it was a soft inquiry like most other banks.. She shows obvious bias towards black males. Disgusting attitude and customer service is non existent. Do not waste your time or money here."
"Every time I’ve went in the lobby the people inside have been pleasant, helpful and I’ve been able to accomplish what I need. The drive thru can sometimes be frustrating. My family had a yard sale, I had $7.50 in quarters rolled in a coin roll for quarters (a full roll is $10) along with other rolled coins from the garage sale. I attempted to deposit through the drive thru as I had three children with me. The gentleman in the drive thru told me they don’t take rolled coins that aren’t full rolls. I asked what I could do with them? He advised me to make it a full roll or take them to a coin star machine. I called the customer service number and they told me it’s up to the employee whether or not to take the coins. So that’s a thing, the bank might night take your money if they have to count it."
