"Do NOT buy from this company. They will not return our money after the product was sent back. We purchased an item, then returned it with a label they provided. & never got our money back. They keep delaying & passing the buck. Its been months since the product was returned. We just want our money back for the item that was returned."

"The company did the old bait and switch. Ordered matte black silverware, steak knives and serving spoons. Received semi gloss gun metal grey products which were flimsy for over $200. Looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Returned the products through USPS and received receipt that they were returned. Weeks later still have not returned my money nor have they answered my emails. Posted a negative review on their website which of course they did not post. Only 4 and 5 star reviews. Disputed the charge with my credit card which a refund was granted. Don't waste your time."
