"We had a rocky start due to our almost new, out of warranty, SMEG dishwasher that refused to turn on despite many visits, calls and attempts to repair. In order to avoid further inconvenience LA Cuisine kindly offered to replace our faulty unit with a brand new and better Bosch Dishwasher without any further cost to us which they promptly installed. In addition, they removed our old SMEG dishwasher and Rosy followed up throughout the entire process, she was very helpful. There could be an improvement in customer communication overall but we are finally happy customers and would use LA Cuisine again for our appliance needs."

"La Cuisine delivered our new Dacor 42" Stainless Steel Refrigerator/Freezer one week ahead of promised delivery and installed it perfectly. The delivery guys were extremely careful not to damage our wood floors. The installers were meticulous and also made sure that they did not damage floors. They removed the old equipment, connected water lines and made sure the Dacor fit perfectly. They also took time to test everything and make sure we understood all the controls, etc. Absolutely great service!"
