"I regret deeply hiring Magnolia to help me buy and install the equipment for a new home theater. I should have listened when they said that Magnolia was going away and the representative that was in charge of our project was retiring. Everything was fine (choosing the electronics and paying) until the day of the installation. Holes and broken plaster from the walls, no attempt to mitigate damage to surrounding areas of the speakers. And the AVR installed came broken and that they had no replacements. I was asked to schedule a visit. At the end I decided to return the broken AVR and buy from somewhere else. Installed it myself and with the help of online videos performed the calibration. I am sad to have paid for calibration and installation that at the end I was the one who finished the job."
