"Horrible. Never on time. Repair man is part of the staff so of course the frige or appliance cant be fixed for a reasonable cost making you have to buy. Morning appointments turn out to be late afternoon if lucky. Calls promised before arrivals never placed. Business phone answered at will or not at all."
"English. I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes to speak with someone who speaks it well enough. The employee tried, but couldn't understand me. I've done business many times in the last few years to be totally frustrated now. I Guess it's not important to have English speaking customers anymore"
