"This is the worst company. The air fryer that I bought can’t even turn on. There is no one and no place to call."

"If I could give zero stars, This company would deserve it. I had my 4th unit die on me on Christmas Day. That’s not a typo. We’ve had 3 replacements off of the original warranty and none of them have worked for more than a few months. The original one died after only one month. Now that the company has been acquired by Legacy, they are not going to honor the warranty. So I spent nearly $300 for a hunk of junk that is going to the landfill. Save your sanity. This company makes absolute garbage."

"I purchased this item and it only worked twice. I contacted the company and in order for them to replace/refund they requested a video, pictures of certain items on the item a receipt with SKU on it. I gave them the upc, which they also wanted, the video the online order number, the store I purchased it from and the pictures off the item they wanted. I sent them the receipt that I got off line showing everything but that wasn't good enough. I'm 73 years old and was only able to give them the above with the help of my grandchildren. I don't have an oven and am not that computer literate. This has been going on for at least two months. I'm so hurt and disappointed in this company. They make it sound easy to get a replacement but it's not. I would not recommend this product to anyone."

"I purchased the Kolorik air fryer max. It had a problem with the plug. I wrote to company, they told me what to do. I sent all documents requested. I was approved for claim and just needed to cut cord and mail picture. I did that last week(Nov 30) and have not heard one thing back. I have sent several emails, messages and phone calls. I waited on the chat feature for over 4 hours. Nothing! I just don’t understand how a company can ghost a customer like that. Now I have no air fryer/toaster oven."

"I have been loyal Dyson customer for more than 10 years. Husband encouraged me to try Kalorik for next stick vacuum, and I will never go back. Kalorik vac BATTERY LIFE by FAR exceeds my highest-level Dyson stick. Suction is thorough (we have two dogs!) and added features make this a WIN--it is super-lightweight; we don't have to hold the TRIGGER down to keep the vac running; super-swivel head reaches the odd corners, and the hanging charging stand has places for the accessories at your fingertips. Hands-down, the best stick vac I have ever had."
