"Purchased a $350 Christmas tree today brought it home and the wrong tree was inside the box. Took it back immediately and was told I could not return or exchange the tree because they had not record of the tree being returned. I have to go back tomorrow and speak with loss prevention. Make sure to open expensive items and make sure they’re actually the correct item before leaving the store. Omar in customer service was very nice and helpful but manager Freddie was not and had a horrible attitude. I did not expect to be treated so poorly after spending so much money on an item I did not receive."
"Came in yesterday and was told the product was available but was still on the truck and to come back today. Came back today to literally wait for over an hour for someone to help me and always got the same response, let me find someone who can better assist you and I practically talked to everyone on the floor today... I gave up on waiting. Great job at assisting customers at this location. By the way that was sarcasm because it doesn't seem like anyone at this location is competent at all.."
