Upon my visit to the store, I initially requested a fuse, but Amy astutely diagnosed the problem, guiding me to the correct fuse to inspect. Her expertise and honesty saved me from fruitlessly replacing parts. True to her assessment, upon troubleshooting, I discovered the heating element was indeed faulty. Remarkably, when I returned today (Friday, Feb. 9th, 2024), Amy was there, despite the store being closed on Fridays. Her presence was serendipitous. I presented the broken heating element, and without hesitation, Amy promptly provided me with a replacement. Thanks to Amy's invaluable assistance, I was able to revive my dryer without the need for a costly replacement. The repair, costing only $40, was a fraction of what I would have spent on a new appliance. Amy's dedication to her customers is evident, and her genuine concern for their well-being sets her apart as an exemplary business owner. I am immensely grateful to Amy and Appliance Parts Distributors for their outstanding service. "I had a terrible experience today. After getting my price for a small common part.. the woman behind the counter made several attempts looking all over a very messy disorganized shop for the part. I didn't mind.. I was hopeful she'd find it. Upon returning after the 2nd time, the phone immediately started ringing, and she spent quite a bit of time looking up the phone callers part... still not saying a word to me. As soon as she hung up, the phone was already ringing again. She continued to take call after call (sometimes ringing while she was on another call) while I sat there patiently waiting, never saying a word to me. After the 5th call came in (yes I was counting) and close to 20 minutes (I checked my phone when I had initially taken a photo of the cat on the perch) I said I couldn't wait any longer. She didn't say a word to me as I walked out empty handed, answering a ringing phone. They may have forgotten more about the business than most people will ever know... they've certainly forgotten how to take care of a patiently waiting customer. She may be the nicest person ever, but I left empty handed and disappointed. I ordered the part online. (there is a cat in this photo)"
