"Feb 2024 Update. These guys are incredible!! I have. used them several times since last review. Recently, washing machine was acting up. Dave came out to fix. He diagnosed problem, found another issue and repaired that as well. OUTSTANDING job. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Trust worthy, professional. These guys are fantastic. Great communication. "I'm happy with the ice maker repair that technician Dave from D&J Appliance Repair did for me. Dave was at my home within a few hours of calling the company by phone. Dave was knowledgeable and efficient in making the repair. I needed a new motherboard for the side by side refrigerator that held the ice maker. Dave had to take a trip to the warehouse to get the motherboard once he determined that was the problem. When he returned, it was a simple replacement and we had ice again!"
"This guy came to check my washer machine and didn’t even had the right tools to do the job, he rescheduled an appointment for the next day and never shows up again; No answering the business phone or even his personal one that he gave me that morning. Total waste of time and still got a damaged washer… really unprofessional and disrespectful to other people’s time. I’ve learn that things have to be done right or not do them at all, I recommend this guy to close the business for good, it’s way better for society."
