"My experience with this company was terrible. I purchased a Wolf microwave from them, and upon reciept of the microwave I learned that the microwave was the incorrect model for the mounting kit I had in my kitchen. When I contacted my saleswomen to exchange it for the correct one she strung me along for weeks until after several weeks she told me that she had to speak with her manager, William Caban, regarding how to do the exchange. After another few weeks I was advised for the very first time that my purchase of the microwave was non refundable or exchangeable. I was in disbelief of the fact that I was stuck with a $1000 microwave that was useless to me. At no point in time did my saleswoman or anyone at Bell’s advise me verbally or in writing that my purchase was a final sale. The manager said he would try to help me but later disappeared and would not return my calls or texts. Communication and customer service at Bell’s is extremely unsatisfactory. I will never use them again or recommend them to friends or family."

"I would not even give this company one star, but there wasn’t a zero star. Horrible, horrible customer service. Three of my items were completely ordered incorrectly, and it has Take over a month to get it straight! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return emails, and they obviously don’t give you correct information about delivery dates. My icemaker did not work in my brand new freezer that was delivered to me and they told me that I would have to call GE and make a service call and now it’s my problem. Stay far away from this company you’ll only have headaches and trouble!"

"Unfortunately there is no 0 stars as that is what this company deserves. They are all nice and friendly when you come into the store and rip you off, but good luck afterwards. Months of waiting then sloppy and extremely rude installers. Our hood recently fell and I have been waiting almost 2 months to have it reinstalled. I have called the sales person countless time (Luz-stay away) and every time it’s a different excuse. I have called the store multiple times asking for the owner or manager and are just sent back to Luz who is useless. The owner clearly does not care and does not want to face customers. Horrible company, worse service. Stay away, very far away!"

"STAY AWAY! Never had such an experience, I prepaid 40,000 Usd 6 months ago and am still waiting for them to deliver and install, THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS and when they do they just give you the run around. The owner William and Laura the sales director are complete scammers! Be very careful and avoid this vendor. If I could leave a minus I would, giving them a 1 is more than what they are. I don’t know how these guys are still in business."
