Excellent consultation on the replacement appliance (refrigerator), and Marcelin went the extra mile to get me expedited scheduling for delivery and installation. My front door is almost two flights of wooden stairs and this could easily have been used to delay delivery (everyone else I called that sells refrigerators said delivery would be a problem). With calls and texting, Marcelin kept me apprised of the whole process, always available. The delivery installation crew (three people) were excellent. Completely undamaged and perfect new replacement, very careful with the stairs, showed me how to operate the replacement, took every scrap of debris with them to discard.
