"Absolutely the worst service in history of this bank. The manager Pedro is incompetent and does not know what he’s doing. I arrived at the bank at 9 AM And at 9:32 I was still standing in the first place in line. They had five tellers behind the screen. It seems that one of them arrive late for work two of them. We’re doing the exact same job, and one person was occupied. No one came around to ask us if we needed anything or to tell us they would be with us in the moment we stood there And were ignored, when I started to make a big deal and tell them that I was standing in line for 30 minutes they eventually attended to myself and the gentleman standing behind me. Terrible terrible service at this location and the manager and the financial manager were very rude when I started getting loud telling me god bless America thank you for your patriotism . They need to review who they have running this bank."

"In this visit to the branch My wife and I were in a rush because my wife need it to open an account and we couldn’t wait for an appointment we explain this to Mr Josue and he went over and beyond to help us right there even with the tight schedule in what the branch was. Mr Josue thank you very much for your help and kindness."

"This is my go-to location. First time I actually don’t mind going to do banking vs ATM. The staff is consistently friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Not convinced? Walk across the parking lot to the Bank of America building and spend five minutes inside and you’ll feel like you are in a third world country based on their operations. This location is very well run, adequately staffed, and super personable. It’s about has personable as a large institution can get."
