"Disappointed…. Been banking with Truist for over 10 years, since Suntrust. Went into the Weston branch to have an affidavit notarized and, without even looking at the document, told me that I had to go to a “private notary” for that. Drove to TD bank on Weston road and they notarized the document without any blinking an eye and asked me if I was happy with the banking services at TD. It was a perfect time to ask and for me to realize that some banking services are much better than others. Felt like going back to close my accounts and move the money to TD bank. I probably will……."

"Worst bank! ATM always has some kind of problem. Antique ATM. They fixed it few times we came & was not working Today we put our card, it was working suddenly screen not working, card is stuck Now it’s weekend & we have to call & solve this matter. This is not how banks should work I have other accounts in Wells Fargo and NEVER had any problem with the ATM. ATM should be checked so make sure it’s working and put a new one rather than antique machine. It’s bank’s responsibility to make sure their machines work. Then on top of that they want to charge $3O for sending new card early. Worst service ever! Weston location for sure is the worst!"

"Heed my warning. Stay away from Truist bank. BB&T was much better before the merger. Sean (branch manager) was extremely unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to help me with fraud on my account. Needless to say... I'm changing to Chase."
