"Called ahead to the store and asked if they were able to remove a link from a new watch I purchased. They said yes so I went in to have it resized. When I arrived one of the sales ladies looked at it and said they could not do it without even checking with a jeweler. Another woman looked at, scoffed and said we only work on Rolexes. Lol I walked one block over to Miriam’s and they took care of it free of charge in two minutes. Little did they know I’m also shopping for a tennis bracelet. Try being more helpful and not so judgy."

"Had the best experience working with Lauren M. At the Avondale location. Together we designed two custom art deco wedding bands from a family heirloom ring. The process was fun and exciting and Lauren had the best energy and customer service. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Loved being able to try on 3D prints of the rings during the process and making small changes was so easy. Highly recommend them for any custom needs. The store and staff are all lovely as well!"
