"Don't ever buy from Pandora. I purchased a ring as a gift on Dec 24, 2023. The ring size was too big I tried returning the ring on Jan 3 2024 and told by the manager the ring looked worn and she couldn't return it"

"I went to exchange a charm in which they said I couldn’t because it’s a last sale item. I said that was never said when it was bought nor does it say it on the receipt. If anything the person that sold those charms said we had 30 days to exchange. They said do to them being a franchised store they can’t exchange it. I called corporate and they stated you can go to any store and they have to exchange it. They people are ridiculous. And the manager got an attitude problem!"
