"I took a watch to have a battery replaced on Thursday. They said the jeweler comes in on Saturday. On Saturday at 11 am, I called for a pick up time. I was told to come in at 2 pm. At 2 pm it was not done and was told to wait 30 minutes. At 2:30 pm, I was told that the jeweler was not there. They said it would take another week. I then took the watch to Mira Jewelers and was told that the screws were stripped on my $400 watch. I had the worst experience with Florat Jewelers and will never return and will not recommend them."
