"Worst customer service ever! I have Ge appliances throughout my new home purchased at Bill Smith Port Charlotte 13 months ago and the washer is broke. Warranty is one year and I get it but I believe they could have helped out with the repair if they really wanted to. They say don’t buy from big box stores but that’s all hog wash. I recommend buying at Lowe’s in Port Charlotte. They have exact same appliances and their customer service is top notch! That’s where I’m purchasing my all new GE profile washer/ dryer combo and setting this other junk to the street!"

"My salesman, Bill Williams worked with me to get me what i needed within my budget. I appreciated the time and patience he took with me. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I especially like that Bill Smith Appliance doesn’t subcontract their service out to others. You buy appliances with the hope you won’t need a service call, but if you do with Bill Smith Appliance I won’t ever be told to call an 800 number."

"Ordered washer & dryer before Thanksgiving. Told 4-6 weeks. Explained to salesman that dryer was vented thru side of house. Delivery came couldn’t install. Rescheduled for the following week same guys could not install. Set up for the following day with a sub contractor who called to tell me delivery would be between 5 & 8 pm. I told them no way. I had somewhere to go at 5 pm. Then told would be there before 5pm. At 3:45 I called the store to find out what was happening and was told they are coming. At this point I canceled the order. They arrived after 4pm. I told them order was canceled. Store manager called and told me they could still do it. I told him no. I still had to get ready and get going. I was very disappointed and will never do business with them again."

"Very disappointed as my wife and I just bought our first brand new home and we’re very excited about getting our new washer and dryer. We were both gone when they could deliver so my mother in law was here to let the guys in. The sales rep told us they would have no problem and that our room was plenty big. Not only did they smash up my walls and door frames, they scratched our washer and dryer set in multiple spots and then pushed them really tight together so you couldn’t see it and then had my mother in law sign a form that there was no damages. If we would have known that the company was going to be so careless and shady.we would have purchased somewhere else. Might as well go to Home Depot."
