"I order from here often and called today to order roses for my wedding anniversary. Apparently they use a secondary delivery service that text my wife not once but twice of the delivery including the name of the florist. I called to voice my concern over the surprise Element being ruined and was told that they would make sure it didn’t happen to someone else. Upon arrival of the roses, I ordered 21 roses to signify each year and one of the roses was just a stem. The stem for the missing rose looks to be cut & not broken so who knows where the rose really went. Lesson learned I’ll be using someone else in the future."

"I have purchased a few flower arrangements from this spot and I have to say my Wife has loved every single one of them. (As most wives she is not easy to please =). I came to this spot after a bad experience at another flower store I won't mention. I would highly recommend this spot. The flowers are always fresh and last longer than what I've experienced in the past at other spots. They are fair on price and you can tell they take pride in their art. I will be a returning customer (I'm always getting myself into trouble with the wifey) hahaha.. Don't hesitate, show them some love and pick your flowers up from this spot. You won't regret it."
