"My Timepiece repair which was supposed to take 2 months actually was ready in one month so I was happy as I missed the piece. So far so good & it came out looking brand new! Your service team assisted me with getting something stuck in the crystal of my watch without hesitation even though I didn’t purchase it with you guys. Daniel Rivelli was also exceptional this morning with making me feel at ease that the service team would take care of me. We chatted about life and watches and really is such a genuine guy and appreciated the service so much! Unfortunately a submariner was offered to me at mayors Tampa 6 months ago but will continue to want to want to do business on my next watch with you all.
