"Today I found a personal jeweler! I had received a cross for a chain I wear and the bale on the new cross was too small and would not fit on the chain. Carlos at Gio jewelry of Naples was able to add gold to the bale so that the cross now fits on the chain and moves along the chain easily. His workmanship is excellent and his price was very reasonable. It was so nice being able to talk to the person who was going to actually do the work rather than a salesperson who would just pass information to the workshop. We live in Cincinnati and winter in Estero. If we need any jewelry work or repair we will wait and bring it to Carlos."
