"Excellent, fabulous, fantastic! I had to purchase a flower arrangement over the phone from out of town (Tampa) to deliver to a grieving friend (in Sanford). The customer service that was provided was top notch. I was even helped with what to say in my card, because I was struggling with words to convey my condolences to my friend. Arrangement was hand delivered and I received the most wonderful call from my friend, who was in tears over how gorgeous the arrangement was and sent me pics so I could see what she received. She was so moved by the arrangement that she decided to change the flowers for her mother's funeral to the flowers she received from Sanford Flower Shop.
