"I called from out of state. I found what I wanted on their website and needed to talk to someone vs placing my order online. I left a message and promptly received a call. I was able to change up the order to some different colors and types of flowers without changing the theme of the arrangement. I was notified when the arrangement was finished and ready for delivery as well as photos. I was also contacted when delivery was complete including the name of the person who accepted delivery and a photo of their house number. The arrangement was perfect! Customer service was congenial, efficient and professional. What a relief for this out of state mom ordering birthday flowers for her daughter. Absolutely will use them again!"
