"I will never come back to this store again…Buyer beware of the grading and auction program you will pay 20 dollars a coin to get graded and sent to auction and they will sell your coins for 1.00 starting bid. I had to come to this location several times just to get the link to the auction after they were graded I was never informed they were graded or received into the auction. I had to come back over and over again repeatedly to even find out information on my coins. I sent in six different coins. I was not sure if they were a rare coins that had defects. They had no answers for me either which for me I feel like they should know if they are professionals. I had no chance to get to the store to see what had happened with my coins after they were sold for a dollar each being graded and all as I came back today they told me that they were going to try to figure something out but they were sold and there’s nothing I can do about it. I speak with Al the owner and he Starts telling me there’s nothing I can do about it I took a gamble I basically lost $120 to all of this which is luckily not a lot of money but it’s still some money that I could use right now being that I’m going through hard times. A phone call ended he burped in my ear. I was planning not taking any course of action but now I am I am leaving this review and I am calling Wink news on this company so just for any of you who want to go ahead and use their auction program. Read this first you’ll definitely change your mind, thank you very much but no thank you too golden silver coins of Naples ."
