"If I could give 1 star I would. They accepted an order for Mothers day from FTD. My son, who is in the Navy ordered flowers for his mother from his base in Japan. Blooms blew off the order. They did not deliver on Saturday or Sunday (Mother's day) . He asked for a refund, they have not given one. Now, the Wednesday after Mother's day they call and ask if they can deliver on Thursday!. These people are incompetent!"
