"What an amazing crew!!! They didn’t not try to upsell me, they called and was straight forward and honest. My steam cleaner attachment piece will not spray and they called and said it’s probably a pump, can’t get parts. They could have tried to work on it without guarantees. They told me it isn’t worth the possible fix for which these are not made to last…I love it! Honestly forthcoming and didn’t take advantage, thank you Noah and Steve!"
