"Certainly wasn't feeling the "amor" this Valentine's Day!! My husband ordered an arrangement to be delivered to me on 2/14... IT NEVER WAS DELIVERED! This was an arrangement worth almost $75 with delivery fees. They charged the card but didn't follow through with delivering. Waited all day for my husband to treat me to a valentine gift only to have a day of nothing! Note- they did refund the card but only after having to call them to see what happened and having to wait for a call back to say the delivery driver "MISSED IT" (whatever that means). Thanks for a sad, gift-less Valentine's Day. I won't be using this business any "amor"."
"I called the shop around 1:00 in the afternoon, knowing they prefer calls before noon for same day delivery. The girl that took my order was very kind and helped me order flowers for my niece who turned 20. The flowers were delivered that afternoon and it was a beautiful arrangement of red roses. I'm very happy with my order!!! I live in New Jersey so it is nice to know I now have a go-to florist to send flowers to my relatives in Florida. I highly recommend this florist!!"
"I placed an order for my mom's 70th birthday while they were on vacation and Kissimmee, from Ontario. Called the old fashioned way by phone, and the customer service was amazing! Got a beautiful basket and a gorgeous vase full of daisies, her favourites, delivered on time with a text confirmation. Thank you for helping to make her day special!"
"Absolutely fantastic!!! I had made a request for delivery with a small vision of what I wanted and Nicole ran with it and knocked it out of the park! My loved one was floored with the arrangement while I was very happy with the speedy delivery, even on valentines day, and how professional they were. Thank you so very much!!!
