"Great concept, poorly thought out. There are a few, niche places to shop and eat here. Unfortunately, there is not enough available parking nearby. We were in Lake Placid visiting family and I tried to go to this shopping area on four separate occasions. I was finally able to get a parking spot on the last attempt."
