"Par service overall. We were overcharged for jewelry we had receipts showing different pricing for the EXACT same item within different bridesmaids. We took 5 dresses to be altered for a wedding including a wedding dress. The seams were horrible and not straight, the brides dress was dirty and had to be altered twice, mother of the bride ended up taking it elsewhere where the seamstress said it was done wrong all together and had to fix it. Taylor the owner made the entire party feel rushed as if our business was not worth her time or valued because payment was given prior to any services rendered. Communication wasn’t provided that jewelry was different. Overall the group was not happy with the experience. Next time one of us gets married we will definitely NOT be going back to Bittner Bridal. There are other places in Sebring to go to Especially for an overall price of 1300.00"

Bittner Bridal is a luxury bridal studio in the quiet town of Lake Placid that is run with pride, class, and quality service you can write home about. Coming from Orlando, FL was well worth it. After booking, there was consistent communication from the owner about my appointment date and time, and prior to my appointment Taylor herself called me to discuss my style and options. You are the only bride in the studio during your fitting which gives you the individual attention needed and the owner’s expert advice had me trying on gowns I never would have put myself in and ultimately saying “yes” to the perfect dress! Your appointment also has built in buffer time so there is no rushing to leave when the next bride is coming which was a frustration I experienced at other bridal studios. Taylor’s sense of style and attention to detail was the support I needed to find my perfect dress and I am so appreciative for the studio and this town for supporting her business."
