"Disgusting policy, my mom bought a piece to fix her refrigerator, didnt open it and called immediately to exchange they refused to take it back. First of all customers should be told that prior to purchasing and second if the piece is unopened and untouch customers should be able to exchange (at least) $10 piece on amazon cost my mom $60 in this store and it was a waste of money because it could not be exchanged... no stars is more like it feels like a scam !!!"
