"Waited in the drive thru to deposit a check for 15 minutes on a Friday during lunch. The male teller ignored us completely and took cars that came after us in other lanes. Made a few rude comments to us. They need more tellers during lunch in Friday. We sat there from start to finish for a good 25 min. So frustrating when you’re on a limited time schedule."
"Pethetic. Wouldn't let my fiancé cash her check even after YEARS with the same bank and having already been paid by her company. Amd they offered no explanation. Forced her to deposit and leave it until tomorrow, which quite literally WRECKS our day and puts us in a serious situation as the holiday already had us backed up by a day. No attemptt.o answer the phone after 25 minutes of calling, either. If a rep doesn't contact us soon to rectify the situation and get the money to us as they ahould've alrrady done, we'll be taking our business to a bank with more competant employees."
"This is my local bank. My wife Just got scammed $400 and disputes team refused to even file a dispute, let alone refund us. Two broke teachers during corona crises. Guess it’s time to switch banks to somebody with a better disputes team"
